How much time do you put in per month?
Depends on the retainer. Typically 10–20 hours/month for advisory, more for embedded. We define it upfront.
Can you manage my existing dev team?
Yes. I've led teams and agencies, done code reviews, run sprints. I work with whatever team structure you have.
Do you do this alongside your project work?
Yes. I take on a limited number of tech partnerships at a time to ensure full availability when you need me.
What if I just need a one-time architecture review?
That works too. A focused 2–4 hour architecture review session with a written report is available as a one-off.
